In-Kind Donations
Not all gifts grow from money — some grow from generosity. Melanated Growers welcomes in-kind donations that help us host our annual conference and support community programs year-round.
What We’re Currently Seeking
Your non-monetary contributions help offset event costs and make it possible for us to continue planting seeds of change. Some examples include:

Hotel Accommodations – lodging for out-of-town speakers, artists, and volunteers.

Airline Tickets or Travel Vouchers – transportation support for guest speakers and performers.

Catering & Refreshments – meals, beverages, or snacks for conference attendees or volunteers.

Printing Services – banners, signage, and event programs.

Event Décor & Supplies – tables, chairs, linens, or floral arrangements.

Gift Bags or Products – items for attendee swag bags (healthy snacks, reusable bottles, branded merchandise, etc.).
